Began his career working with Pret-a-Manger in its early years where he played an integral part in the team sent to the US that successfully reinvigorated the Pret’s in NYC.

25+ years of experience within the food and hospitality sector, working with the likes of Whole Food Markets, Waitrose & John Lewis, Shoryu Ramen and The Gentlemen Baristas. Expertise in assisting brands in their preparation and scaling for launching onto the international market.

Particularly skilled at finding the best locations to match an offering, maximising the potential to successfully scale and operate businesses.

At 19, Isabella launched La Linda.

Awarded the best bakery in the country, within 5 years, she franchised the business. Isabella’s commitment to aesthetic excellence is expressed in directing graphic and interior designers.

In the past 2 years, Isabella’s F&B consultancy group has created and launched over 12 restaurants in Qatar.

CO-FOUNDER / HEAD OF LEISURE

With an MBA in Sports Management from Escuela Real Madrid, Marc ventured into the professional world of sports.

His experience as regional manager of FIBA Asia enabled him to gain international exposure, acquiring sports management expertise on a global scale. Built 30+ courts in Qatar in the past year, and operated a court and shop where he represents up and coming padel retail brands, distributing them across the Middle East.

Marc contributes his expertise, with an understanding of the business and operations of the court rental but also the accompanying revenue streams like coaching, events and retail.
